Exchange only given on regular priced clothing within 7 days of purchase in original condition with tags still attached and original sales receipt.  Sale items, layaway, lingerie, hosiery, swimwear,  jewelery and all accessories are final sale.

LAYAWAY PLAN:
Layaway plan is in place for the customer to be able to buy what they want and pay it off over 30 days.  An initial 20% non-refundable deposit is made.  The item(s) are placed on hold for up to 30 days.  After the 30 day period the items are placed back on the sales floor if not paid for in full.  No Promotion or price adjustment will be made on layaways if for any reason an item is discounted on the sales floor.

VIP PROGRAM
Purchase a VIP Card and receive 10% off all regular priced items in store for one year from original date of purchase. Additional discounts for VIP, VIP Pre-Sale Events .

This card must be present at time of purchase. The cardholder must show a valid ID when using this card. This card is non-transferable. Unauthorized use of this card will cause the rights and privileges of membership to be revoked. Membership fee is non-refundable. Oliver Barret shall not be responsible for lost or stolen cards. This card is not valid in connection with any other discount card, coupons, or purchase of gift certificates. Valid only with authorized signature and only until the expiration date as noted.

GIFT CARD
Gift Card can be loaded with any amount. Gift Card must be present at time of purchase. Gift Card is valid from 1 year from date of purchase.
